All contributions are subject to the Illinois Campaign Disclosure Act, 10 ILCS 5/9-1 et seq., and the rules and regulations of the Illinois State Board of Elections. Contribution limits vary depending on the type of contributor and the office sought. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contribution complies with all applicable Illinois campaign finance laws and limits.

As required by the Act, contributions of $150 or more must be accompanied by the contributor's full name, residential address, occupation, and employer. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Committee.
